The fastest way to reach us is email. If you are reporting a problem with a specific tool, please include the tool name, what you typed or loaded, and what you expected to happen. That usually lets us fix it in one go.
If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email us with the URL, your contact details, and a short description. We will review it and remove it where appropriate.
We are a small team and we answer in the order messages arrive. We cannot restore lost files, recover text you never pasted anywhere, or fix problems in your own browser extensions. We do not offer support over the phone.
